how to select your DATES FOR OUT OF STATE
PICk UP date -
select your shoot\event date
(The gown will be set to arrive the day before your rental date if not sooner)
DROP OFF DATE -
select the day you will be shipping if you will be shipping the gown back.
*If it is not shipped back the day of the DROP OFF DATE YOU SELECTED, WE WILL CHARGE THE FULL DRESS FEE EVERY DAY IT'S KEPT!*
Due to dresses being booked back to back there are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!!!!

In the case of an emergency, store credit or rescheduling is offered if the gown(s) has NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET.
OLIVIA'S GOWNS IS NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYED SHIPPING, LOST PACKAGES OR BAD WEATHER. PLEASE HAVE A BACK UP DRESS INCASE THESE SITUATIONS OCCUR.
